Ready-to-Deliver Leadership Workshops:

Leading Self: 3 hours
Self-awareness is critical for leadership. Effective leaders build trust with others by being authentic in their strengths and weaknesses and confident in their ability to add value to situations and adapt to other styles. This workshop allows participants to avoid biases and frustrations that often occur when people have different approaches to work and communication. This workshop includes the DiSC assessment.
Leading Teams: 3 hours
Through interactive activities, discover how to diagnose and address challenging competencies and leverage team strengths. We will focus on what it means to create a team culture that is an inclusive, high-performing environment. This workshop pairs well with the Leading Self workshop.
*This workshop can be customized into a multi-day team retreat focused on team culture, processes, and performance competencies.


Leading Systems: 2 Full Days
The adaptive leadership framework is an approach to leadership that separates the work of leading from positions of authority. This intensive workshop focuses on the ability to diagnose problems and find systemic and sustainable approaches to change. We will practice new skills and adaptations on real leadership challenges to make progress on complex problems. This workshop is especially powerful for organizations adapting to rapid change.
Building and Renewing Trust: 3 Hours
Trust is the foundation of leadership. Change can only occur at the rate that trust is renewed. Our lived experiences and pre-conceived notions of leadership often shape who we trust and how we trust. In this workshop, we will unpack these concepts to learn how we can lead by building and renewing trust.
